The only hood thing about this hotel was the location and the breakfast was a good variety for the kids. We were close enough to enjoy King’s Island and the pool was decent but it didn't look like the photos online.

Maintenance seemed lacking with unaddressed repair requests regarding toilets and improper room fixtures, contributing to dissatisfaction.

We loved the large indoor pool and the variety of hot breakfast options, making mornings with our kids much easier! It was also fantastic being so close to Kings Island, which allowed us to make the most of our family trip without long drives.

My wife says that the cleaning service needs a major overhaul. A better cleaning routine would help families feel comfortable during their stay.
